今日は昨日に続きパン教室。
４月から始めた自家製酵母の金曜コースの最終日でした。
今日の酵母はヨーグルト、これも私は始めての酵母です。
前からヨーグルトは通年出来るのでいいなぁ～と思っていたのですが、まさしく先生もお気に入りのようです。
面白い即席？酵母の作り方もご伝授いただきました。
私には有意義な教室で、自家製酵母の夏のしのぎ方なども身にもって勉強になりました。

この教室は１単位が５００ｇ、順番で捏ねてまとまったら等分にして捏ねるのですが結構力が要ります。
ヨーグルト酵母とってもいい香りがします。
先生曰く、ヨーグルト酵母は酸味が出にくいとか・・・。
酵母がとっても元気だったし、とってもいいパンが焼けました。
今日は全員が捏ねた生地を９等分にしたのでいつもより生地が多く、１人４００ｇ以上。
ってことで、私が持って行ったタッパーには入らずガックリです。
先生は最後の教室ということもあって、酵母の作り方がわからないって方に質問をたくさん受けていました。
１０月からのコースは日曜日にあるそうです。
空きがあと半分って事を聞き、勢いで私も申し込んでしまいました。
同じテーブルだった方はみんな申し込んだそうで。
基本的には日曜日は休めない私。
でも、でも月１回は土日どちらかは休んでもいいってことになっているので、何とかなるさ。
２ヶ月に１回だからいいでしょう。
どうしても季節を１周したかったの。
最近は家では焼けないので、自家製酵母パン教室でそれを少しでも愉しもうと。
次回の酵母は梨、みかん、酒かすです。
梨は出回ってきましたよね、これも瓶に入れてしまおうかな。
そうそう、９月が来ると自家製丸４年を迎えます。
前のように毎日のように焼ける日はいつ来るのかは疑問だけど、せめて仕事が休みの日は焼きたいと思っている今日この頃です。
早く酵母パン全開の日が来ないかな。
